The main house is in a spectacular location, and enjoys unrivalled panoramic views from the Rivals mountains, towards the bays of Porthdinllaen, Nefyn, Morfa Nefyn and across the Irish Sea to the Wicklow mountains.
The main attraction of our home will undoubtedly prove to be the large dining and entertaining area with full length patio doors which open out onto the raised patio area and take full advantage of the sea view. Here you can sit and experience magnificent sunsets over the bay, whilst enjoying a glass of wine with your barbecue ..... The stylish, newly-installed, luxurious kitchen adjoins the dining/entertaining area and is extremely well equipped with a 6-ring range style cooker with wok-burner, large American style fridge/freezer with wine cooler, dishwasher, washer/drier, integrated, microwave, etc. On the ground floor there is also a separate lounge, with comfortable leather sofas, a cast-iron multi-fuel stove (for which there is a plentiful supply of logs), and a large TV with DVD, and a games console. On this floor there is also a double bedroom, and an adjoining shower room/toilet. Upstairs, there are four further bedrooms (one of which enjoys a superb, dual-aspect view of the sea), as well as a bathroom/toilet with a shower bath and whirlpool.
With the inclusion in the rental of all fuel costs (including gas central heating) bed linen, this is a quality holiday property with a contemporary, relaxed feel, and all the comforts of a home from home. Ample parking for cars and boats. Extra guests can be accommodated in a delightful barn conversion within the grounds or on a nearby small, quiet campsite if required. One well-behaved dog accepted by prior arrangement.
